AP - Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report will be released Monday, more than six weeks after the former Playboy Playmate died, authorities said Thursday. The medical examiner for Broward County, Dr. Joshua Perper, and Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said they will hold a joint news conference to discuss the cause of death.
