 Reuters - Two Los Angeles billionaires could
launch a counterbid for Tribune Co. after the publisher
and broadcaster spurned their earlier offer in favor of a rival
bid from Chicago real estate entrepreneur Sam Zell, a source
familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
